About Me

I earned my Master’s in Dance Movement Therapy from the University of Barcelona in Spain, where I explored the transformative power of movement for healing and self-awareness. Over the past 20 years, I have immersed myself in diverse body–mind movement practices, continually enriching both my teaching and personal growth.

My work is rooted in inclusivity, mindfulness, and exploration. I guide practitioners on their own transformative journeys, blending embodiment, creativity, and self-discovery. Through the fusion of artistry and mindfulness, I aim to ignite inspiration and help others reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of the body and the language of movement.

Dance Movement Therapy

The Dance Movement Therapy is defined by the American Dance Therapy Association (ADTA) as the psychotherapeutic use of movement within a process that pursues the psychophysical (body-mind) integration of the individual. It is characterized by the use it makes of the medium and artistic process (in this case dance and movement) to help solve the emotional or psychological conflicts of people.

Carlos has worked with different types of Special Needs (Autism, Down Syndrome & Cerebral Palsy), Toddlers, and Families in an Educational Setting.
